Joanna Pettet

Joanna Pettet (* 16th November 1942 as Joanna Jane Salmon in London , England ) is a British actress .

Life

Joanna Pettet starred in various Broadway shows such as Take her, She's mine and Poor Richard, for which she received the Theater World Award in 1965.

Her television career began in 1964 with a role on Route 66 . Other TV series such as The Nurses, Knight Rider and Mord ist Her Hobby followed . She made her film debut in 1966 as Kay in the drama The Clique . One of her best known roles was that of Mata Bond in the James Bond - spoof Casino Royale in 1967 next to David Niven , Peter Sellers and many others.

In 1968 she married the nine-year-old actor Alex Cord , with whom she has a son. In 1989 they got divorced.

She had her last film role in 1995 in the film Terror in Paradise as Dr. Fletcher.
