Johann Karl von Sparr (* 17th September 1693 ; † 2. August 1783 ) was kurkölnischer Chamberlain and canon in Munster .

Life

Johann Karl von Sparr came as the son of the Munster Colonel Otto Wladislaus von Sparr and his wife Anna Elisabeth von Torck zu Nordherringen of the Uckermark noble family von Sparr . Johann's grandfather Rudolf Sparr von Greiffenberg was Chancellor of the Electorate of Cologne, acquired properties in Westphalia and founded the Westphalian line of his house. Johann's great uncle Nikolaus von Sparr was Commander of the Teutonic Order .

In 1732, Johann Karl came from rafters in the possession of a Dompräbende he from Turnar , his uncle Johann Karl von Sparr had received. On August 30, 1751, he renounced in favor of Canon Adrian Wilhelm von Nagel . Sparr was Chamberlain of the Electorate of Cologne.
