Life
The Bishop of Bissau, Settimio Arturo Ferrazzetta OFM , ordained him on December 27, 1997 as a priest . Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on May 13, 2011 auxiliary bishop in Bissau and titular bishop of Leptiminus .
The Bishop of Bissau, José Câmnate na Bissign , donated him episcopal ordination on November 12 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Carlos Pedro Zilli PIME , Bishop of Bafatá , and Luis Mariano Montemayor , Apostolic Nuncio in Senegal , Cape Verde and Guinea-Bissau and Apostolic Delegate in Mauritania .
