Carlos Pedro Zilli PIME (born October 7, 1954 in Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo ) is Bishop of Bafatá .

Life

Carlos Pedro Zilli joined the religious community of the Pontifical Institute for Foreign Missions , made perpetual profession on July 6, 1984 and was ordained a priest on January 5, 1985 . Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Bafatá on March 13, 2001 .

The Archbishop of Londrina , Albano Bortoletto Cavallin , ordained him episcopal on June 30 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were José Câmnate na Bissign , Bishop of Bissau , and Giuliano Frigeni PIME, Bishop of Parintins .
