Josef Klemann
Josef Klemann OSFS (also Joseph Klemann , born May 7, 1871 in Hamburg , † March 21, 1960 in the Overbach house ) was Apostolic Vicar of Greater Namaland .
Life
Josef Klemann joined the Order of the Oblates of St. Francis of Sales and was ordained a priest on June 29, 1912 . Pope Pius XI appointed him on February 24, 1931 Vicar Apostolic of Greater Namaland and Titular Bishop of Drusiliana .
The episcopal ordination took place on April 19 of the same year by the Archbishop of Vienna Friedrich Gustav Cardinal Piffl CanReg ; Co-consecrators were Ernst Karl Jakob Seydl , auxiliary bishop in Vienna , and Franz Kamprath , auxiliary bishop in Vienna . He resigned from his office on November 10, 1942.
