Josef Mansfeld
Josef Mansfeld (born August 25, 1819 in Vienna ; † April 19, 1894 ibid) was an Austrian still life and portrait painter. He was the grandson of the engraver Joseph Georg Mansfeld (1764–1817).
Josef Mansfeld studied from 1833 at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna . Mansfeld mainly painted still lifes, less often portraits and sometimes genre pictures. Since 1845 he participated in the art exhibitions.
