Robert Milner Coerver (born June 6, 1954 in Dallas ) is an American clergyman and Roman Catholic Bishop of Lubbock .

Life

Robert Milner Coerver received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Dallas on June 27, 1980 .

Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Lubbock on September 27, 2016 . The Archbishop of San Antonio , Gustavo García-Siller MSpS , donated him episcopal consecration on November 21 of the same year. Co-consecrators were his predecessor Plácido Rodríguez CMF and Auxiliary Bishop John Gregory Kelly from Dallas.
