Josef Mirschitzka (born January 13, 1914 ; † May / June 1980 ) was an Austrian football player who played for SK Admira Vienna .

Career

Mirschitzka played in the 1930s for SK Admira Vienna in the championship of the first division organized by the Vienna Football Association . During this period he won the championship twice as a defender with the team. He won the ÖFB Cup in 1932 against Vienna AC (6: 1; on May 26) and in 1934 against SK Rapid Vienna (8: 0; on May 10).

With the annexation of Austria he came from the 1938/39 season (until 1941/42 ) in the Gauliga Ostmark , most recently in the Gauliga Donau-Alpenland, in one of 17, later increased to 23 Gauligen at the time of National Socialism as a uniform top division in German Empire , to point games.
