Joseph Felix Mari "Ace" Hotchkiss Durano (born April 3, 1970 in Cebu City ) is a Filipino politician .

Joseph Durano comes from an influential family of politicians from Cebu City. His grandfather Ramon M. Durano Sr. was a member of the House of Representatives from 1949 to the imposition of martial law by President Ferdinand Marcos in 1972 and represented there the constituency I the province of Cebu, while his grandmother Beatriz Durano temporarily mayor of the municipality (Municipality) Danao was . He began his political career in 1998 when he was elected member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines (Kapulungán ng mgá Kinatawán ng Pilipinas or Mababang Kapulungan ng Kongreso), where he represented the interests of the constituency V (5th District) of Cebu until 2004 as his father's successor.

In September 2005, he was appointed Secretary of Tourism by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and was a member of her cabinet until the end of her term in 2010.
