The Cabinet of former Philippine Vice President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo was after deposing her predecessor Joseph Estrada after the so-called EDSA II - Revolution formed and her swearing in as president on January 20, the 2,001th

After her election as president in the elections on May 10, 2004, and especially after the so-called "Hello Garci scandal" in 2005, several government reshuffles took place. The cabinet held office until President Benigno Aquino III took office. on June 30, 2010.
