Joseph Gürster

Joseph Gürster (born November 1, 1811 in Thurnsdorf , † October 7, 1879 in Regensburg ) was a Bavarian judge and member of the Bavarian Chamber of Deputies and the German Customs Parliament .

Life

Gürster attended high school in Straubing and from 1833 studied law and philosophy in Munich . In 1848 he was hired as a court assessor and in 1852 he became a district judge in Amberg . In 1860 he was appellate judge and in 1862 city judge in Regensburg. From 1864 he was the Royal Bavarian Appellate Judge in Amberg.

From 1868 to 1870 Joseph Gürster belonged to the customs parliament as a member of the constituency Upper Palatinate 2 ( Amberg , Nabburg , Sulzbach , Eschenbach ) and from 1870 to 1875 he was a member of the Bavarian Chamber of Representatives for the constituency of Amberg. He represented the political direction of the Bavarian Patriot Party .
