Jossafat Oleh Howera ( Ukrainian Йосафат Олег Говера ; born September 12, 1967 in Ivano-Frankivsk , Ukrainian SSR ) is Archbishop Exarch of Lutsk .
Life
Jossafat Oleh Howera was ordained a priest on May 30, 1990 .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on January 15, 2008 Archbishop Exarch of Lutsk and Titular Bishop of Caesariana . The Archbishop of Kiev and Grand Archbishop of Kiev-Halych , Cardinal Lubomyr Husar MSU , donated him episcopal ordination on April 7 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Vasyl Semenyuk , Bishop of Ternopil-Sboriw , and Paul Patrick Chomnycky OSBM , Bishop of Stamford .
