Josse De Pauw
Josse De Pauw (* 1952 in Asse , Belgium ) is a Flemish actor, director and author.
Career
De Pauw studied at the Koninklijk Conservatorium in Brussels under well-known teachers and at the same time with other well-known Belgian actors. In the mid-1970s he began to work in the Schaamte artist collective in Brussels , which was the forerunner of the later Kaaitheater . Since 1999 he has been a permanent playwright at the Victoria in Ghent and has held various management positions in theaters.
But De Pauw was not only active in the theater sector, but also participated in around 50 films in cinema and television. He is one of the most famous film actors in the Benelux . One of his best-known films - also in Germany - is the Oscar-nominated comedy film Everyone is a Star! from 2000. De Pauw wrote three films himself and directed two films ( Vinaya and Exercise) . He was honored for his work and work.

He also writes his own stories, which are collected in two books: Werk and Nog.
