Jozef Piaček (born June 20, 1983 in Zlaté Moravce ) is a Slovak football player .

youth

In his youth, Piaček first played for Calex Zlaté Moravce and later for FK AS Trenčín .

Club career

Piaček got his first professional contract in 2004 with FC ViOn Zlaté Moravce . He played for the Latvian club Skonto Riga for two and a half years . In July 2008, Piaček received a three-year contract at MŠK Žilina . Piaček played in five of his club's games in the 2010/11 UEFA Champions League group stage and played ten times along with qualifying.

National team

Piaček only played one game in the Slovak U-21 national team .

On August 14, 2013, Piaček made his international debut for Slovakia in the game against Romania (1-1) .
