Juan Luis Martin Buisson PME (born April 18, 1934 in Trois-Rivières ) is emeritus Vicar Apostolic of Pucallpa .

Life

Juan Luis Martin Buisson joined the religious order of the Société des Missions-Étrangères and was ordained a priest on July 1, 1957 . On April 18, 1986, John Paul II appointed him Apostolic Coadjutor Vicar of Pucallpa and Titular Bishop of Aquae in Numidia .

The Archbishop of Lima , Juan Cardinal Landázuri Ricketts, OFM , ordained him bishop on August 17th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Joseph Gustave Roland Prévost Godard PME, Vicar Apostolic of Pucallpa, and Louis Joseph Jean Marie Fortier , Archbishop of Sherbrooke .

After Joseph Gustave Roland Prévost Godard's PME retired , he succeeded him on October 23, 1989 as Vicar Apostolic of Pucallpa. On September 8, 2008, Pope Benedict XVI. his age-related retirement.
