Juan Zambudio Velasco (born November 14, 1922 in Jumilla , † January 21, 2004 in Igualada ) was a Spanish football player .

Career

Velasco played for FC Barcelona from 1942 to 1956 . During this time he was able to win five Spanish championships and received the Trofeo Zamora for the goalkeeper with the fewest goals in the 1947/48 season . At the beginning of the 1950s he was pushed more and more to the bank by the up-and-coming Antoni Ramallets , so that he was hardly ever used.

After his time as a player, he was still active as a coach at various lower-class Catalan clubs.
