Julia Boehm

Julia Boehm (* 27. May 1973 in Munich as Julia Hacke) is a German journalist , television presenter and media trainer.

Life

Julia Böhm completed a degree in Italian philology , political science and law for social scientists in Munich . After a traineeship at Radio Charivari in Munich, she was hired as a presenter for “100 Grad” in 1997 while doing an internship in the youth editorial team of Deutsche Welle in Berlin. There she produced reports as well as for BR for the TV magazine quer . In 1999 she switched to ProSieben , where she presented the news on the ProSieben MorningShow .

On January 24, 2000, Julia Böhm presented the first news program to mark the launch of the newly founded news channel N24 . From then on she moderated the news and special programs there and from 2003 to 2010 the daily magazine “N24 Wissen”.

In March 2001 she also became the female face of the Sat.1 late news Sat.1 News - Die Nacht in Berlin on the private broadcaster Sat.1 . After that, she hosted as Anchor representative from 2004 to 2010, the main news Sat.1 News at 18:30 and from 2008 Sat.1 News at 20:00.

In 2011 she took over the moderation of the business magazine Made in Germany at DW-TV , the television program of Deutsche Welle .

Julia Böhm has been working as a media trainer for executives since 2008 and advises moderators and editors at home and abroad as a moderation trainer. She is a member of the BMTD, the federal association of media trainers in Germany.

Julia Böhm lives in Berlin and Munich, is married and has two sons.
