Julia Tervahartiala (born November 7, 2002 ) is a Finnish ski jumper .
Career
Julia Tervahartiala started at the international level for the first time as part of the FIS Cup competition on December 15, 2016 in Notodden , where she finished 31st. Since then, further competitions have followed regularly. Her best placement in the FIS Cup so far (as of March 2020) was a seventh place in March 2018 in Falun, Sweden . On August 18 and 19, 2017, Tervahartiala competed in the Continental Cup for the first time in Oberwiesenthal ; here she achieved her first top 30 position with places 29 and 33 and thus her first Continental Cup points. Further top 30 placements followed in the course of the season, her best results with places 15 and 14 in December 2017 in Notodden.
On January 28, 2018 Tervahartiala made her debut in the Ski Jumping World Cup in Ljubno , but missed the final with 38th place. Two years later, she started in the same place as part of the Finnish team in the Ljubno team competition on February 22nd, 2020 and finished eighth with Jenny Rautionaho , Julia Kykkänen and Susanna Forsström .
In January 2020 Tervahartiala took part in the 2020 Winter Youth Olympic Games in Lausanne and took 20th place in the individual competition and tenth of twelve places in the mixed team competition together with Annamaija Oinas , Waltteri Karhumaa and Tomas Kuisma .
