Julie Rösch , b. Schmidt (born October 23, 1902 in Stuttgart ; † May 13, 1984 ibid) was a German politician of the CDU .

education and profession

After attending the girls' high school and housekeeping school, Rösch worked for several years at the post office and in the bank. She trained as a child nurse, married in 1926 and then became a housewife. Since 1933 she worked as an employee at the Evangelical Women's Aid in Württemberg . In 1944 she moved to Tübingen with her family . From 1945 she worked for the ecclesiastical mothers' sanctuary in Württemberg-Hohenzollern .

Political activity

Rösch joined the CDU in 1945 and was deputy chairwoman of the regional women's committee of the CDU Württemberg-Hohenzollern. Rösch was a member of the German Bundestag from its first election in 1949 to 1961. It entered parliament from 1949 to 1953 via the state list of the CDU Württemberg-Hohenzollern and from 1953 to 1961 via the state list of the CDU Baden-Württemberg . From 1954 to 1961 she acted as rapporteur for the Bundestag budget.
