Julio María Elías Montoya OFM (born February 7, 1945 in Medina del Pomar , Spain ) is a Spanish Roman Catholic religious and emeritus Vicar Apostolic of El Beni o Beni .

Life

Julio María Elías Montoya entered the religious order of the Franciscans and received on 14 July 1968, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
