Julius Jungel

Julius Jungel (born April 23, 1848 in Schwalldorf ; † August 17, 1928 in Ravensburg ) was a German administrative officer.

Life

After graduating from high school in Rottweil, he studied camera science at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen from 1869 . From 1872 he was a member of the Catholic student association AV Guestfalia Tübingen . In 1873 he passed the first and in 1874 the second higher financial service examination. After transferring to internal administration, he passed the second higher service examination in 1875. In 1874 he became a deputy bailiff at the Aalen District Office . He then worked as a bailiff from 1875 to 1877 at the Oberndorf Oberamt , from 1877 to 1880 at the Gaildorf Oberamt and from 1880 to 1883 at the Ehingen Oberamt . From 1883 he was an unskilled worker at the Central Office for Trade and Commerce, deputy to the institute's secretary in Hohenheim with a teaching position for legal studies and collegial assistant at the governments of the Jagstkreis in Ellwangen and the Donaukreis in Ulm, as well as at the Medical College . From 1886 to 1888 he was secretary to the senior recruiting council. In 1888 he was appointed senior officer of the Ehingen District Office and in 1894 of the Gmünd District Office . In 1901 he received the title and rank of government councilor. From 1902 until his retirement in 1911 he was chairman of the Arbitration Court V for workers' insurance in Ulm.
