Outro DJ Tomekk

Jump, Jump is a typical party song that animates the listener to celebrate and dance. In terms of content, the interpreters glorify themselves. In the chorus and in the first verse, Fler raps about his success with the album Neue Deutsche Welle and that his music can now be heard every day on the radio, television or club. Anyone who doesn't dance to the song, on the other hand, is a "victim" and should go home. In the second verse, G-Hot raps about his standing with women and the attention he gets from them and other fans thanks to his success. In the outro, DJ Tomekk finally announces his new album, which is "better than ever".

production

The song was produced by DJ Tomekk in collaboration with Mr. Hunter and Thomas Schmidt. For this they used a sample of the song Jump by the US rap duo Kris Kross from 1992. The chorus is also based on this song.

Music video

The music video for Jump, Jump (DJ Tomekk is coming) was directed by Specter Berlin and Daniel Harder . It was one of the most elaborate and expensive videos in German hip-hop at the time .

The video begins with the rappers Sido and Harris , former colleagues from Fler at Aggro Berlin , who are sitting in the cockpit of an airplane smoking weed . DJ Tomekk is sitting in the back of the plane and is on the phone with Fler and tells him that he should start the party and that he will be there soon. Then Fler starts rapping on stage in the club while DJ Tomekk puts on a parachute and jumps out of the plane. Shortly afterwards, after the parachute flight, he lands in the middle of the club and plays the music on the turntables . While Fler and G-Hot rap in the crowd, cheerleaders , breakdancers and scantily clad women can be seen dancing. In addition, the rappers Tony D and B-Tight , who were also at Aggro Berlin at the time, are among the party guests. At the end, the plane is shown again in which Sido and Harris continue to fly haphazardly through the night.
