Yuri Alexandrowitsch Kokscharow ( Russian Юрий Александрович Кокшаров ; born November 1, 1985 in Chelyabinsk , Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who has been under contract with Disel Pensa in the Wysschaja Hockey League since May 2018 .
Career
Yuri Koksharow began his career as a hockey player with Amur Khabarovsk , for whose second team he was active in the third-rate Pervaya League from 2002 to 2004 . The center then made its debut in professional ice hockey when it scored 13 goals and assists in a total of 43 games for the Amurs farm team , the Golden Amur from the multinational Asia League Ice Hockey . He spent the following four years in the Wysschaja Liga , the second Russian division, in which he stood successively for Sauralje Kurgan , Kristall Saratow and HK Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk on the ice. Einszig towards the end of the 2007/08 season he was under contract with the first division club HK Lada Tolyatti , but was only used for the latter's second team in the Pervaya League.
For the 2009/10 season Koksharow returned to his ex-club Amur Khabarovsk, who had meanwhile been accepted into the Continental Hockey League . In his first KHL season, the Russian scored seven goals in 49 games and provided four more assists.
In May 2011 Koksharow was committed by Metallurg Novokuznetsk , but was used except for one KHL game at Yermak Angarsk . Via the second team from HK Donbass Donetsk and Toros Neftekamsk , Koksharow came to Vitjas Podolsk in September 2013 , where he played until 2017.
