The steam locomotives "SATURN" and "MERCUR" were passenger locomotives of the KFNB . They were supplied by the Cockerill locomotive factory in Seraing ( Belgium ) in 1838 and had the axle formula  1A1. They corresponded to the English 1A1 design.

Apparently there were problems with the wheelsets supplied, so that a conversion was necessary. Another boiler was also installed.

The machine was shut down in 1851 and retired in 1861 and 1856 respectively .
