The steam locomotives Tiberius to Pilades were 24 freight train - locomotives of KFNB . They were delivered from the StEG locomotive factory in Vienna to KFNB in 1856/1857 with the axle formula 1B. The machines had external cylinders .

The locomotives were equipped with new boilers before 1869 . All vehicles were withdrawn from the KFNB between 1890 and 1900.

The Theiss Railway (TVV) received a total of 35 identical locomotives from the StEG locomotive factory in four construction lots from 1857-1859. They received numbers 5–14 with the names BRANYICSKA , TORDA , KAPRIORA , SZARVAS , NYÍREGYHÁZA , HADHÁZ , MEZÖ-TÚR , GYULA , GYOMA and BÉKÉS , and also the numbers 30–44 with the names ABONY , TÖRÖK SZT. MIKLOS , Fegyvernek , PÜSPÖK-Ladány , KABA , SAP , Berettyó Ujfalu , Mezo-KERESZTES , NÁDUDVAR , Újváros , Mezo-Berény , CSABA , Kétegyháza , KURTICS and ÚJ-Fehértó and the numbers 55-64 with the names KASSA , HEGYALLYA , BIHAR , ABA-ÚJ , BORSOD , S. A. ÚJHELY , MÁD , SZT. MIHÁLY , SAJÓ and KIS VÁRDA .

When the TVV was nationalized , the 35 machines were assigned to series IIe and IIf. In the 1911 series scheme, the remaining units were given the series designations 253 and 254. The last machine was retired in 1915.
