Anne Briand (born June 2, 1968 in Mulhouse ) is a former French biathlete .

Briand was one of the best biathletes in the early 1990s. At the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville , the first biathlon competition at the Olympic Games, she was able to win the gold medal with the French relay (then 3 × 7.5 kilometers). In 1995 Briand was world champion in the sprint over 7.5 kilometers at the biathlon world championships. In the same season she won the overall world cup in biathlon . She is married to Stéphane Bouthiaux .
