Grete Ingeborg Nykkelmo (born December 25, 1961 ) is a former Norwegian biathlete and cross-country skier .

At the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1985 in Seefeld in Tirol , she won the gold medal over 20 kilometers and two bronze medals over the 5 kilometers and the 10 kilometers. In addition, she was runner-up in the Norwegian relay world championship. At that time, all competitions were carried out using the classic technique. In her career as a cross-country skier, Nykkelmo was able to win two World Cup competitions. In 1985 she took second place in the overall ranking of the Cross-Country World Cup .

In Lahti , Finland , she was able to triumph over 7.5 kilometers at the 1991 Biathlon World Championships and finished second behind Petra Schaaf over 15 kilometers. As in 1990, she also won the silver medal with the Norwegian relay.

Grete Ingeborg Nykkelmo is married to the former Norwegian cross-country skier Vegard Ulvang .
