The Kaiaf Forest Park is a forest area in the West African state of Gambia .
topography
The tree savannah is approximately 400 meters wide and 770 meters long and is located in the Lower River Region , Kiang East District . The small 26 hectare area is located near Kaiaf on the South Bank Road , Gambia's main highway , around nine kilometers west of Soma .
Flora and fauna
Gambia's bird life is extensive, for example the house bunting ( Emberiza striolata ) has been observed in the Kaiaf Forest Park .
