It is located in the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt on the south side of the Kaiserstraße and is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as an agricultural citizen's farm. The historic Quedlinburg city fortifications run east of the property .
Architecture and history
The two-storey half-timbered residential building faces the Kaiserstraße with its gable. It originated in the 17th century. The framework is decorated with the half- man figure . Two farm buildings belonging to the courtyard were also built as half-timbered buildings in the 18th century.
The property enclosure is partly made of sandstone blocks.
