It is located in the historic Quedlinburg Neustadt on the south side of Kaiserstrasse and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg Monument Register. The building, which is also listed, is adjacent to Kaiserstraße 38 to the east and Kaiserstraße 39 to the west.
Architecture and history
The two-story, massive building was built in the style of late classicism . The facade presents itself as a clinker plaster facade. There is a gate passage on the east side. The gate itself is decorated with a sun motif.
The property probably originally formed an arable farm together with the neighboring property at Kaiserstraße 38.
