Kal Star Aviation was founded in 2000. On April 8, 2009, it was included on the list of operating bans for the airspace of the European Union .
On September 30, 2017, Kal Star Aviation's operating license was temporarily withdrawn due to financial and technical reasons; operations were not resumed as of July 2019.
