Incidents

  • On June 29, 2009, a de Havilland Canada DHC-6-300 with the aircraft registration number PK-BRO collided with a mountain on a cargo flight from Dekai Airport to Wamena Airport, 19 kilometers south-southeast of the destination airport. The three-man crew was killed.
  • On October 2, 2015, a de Havilland Canada DHC-6-300 with the aircraft registration PK-BRM had an accident en route from Masamba Airport to Makassar at Mount Latimojong on the island of Sulawesi for reasons that are still unknown . All ten people on board the machine were killed (see also Aviastar Mandiri flight 7503 ) .
