Kalanchoe teixeirae is a species of plant of the genus Kalanchoe in the family of thick-leaf plants (Crassulaceae).

Vegetative characteristics
Kalanchoe teixeirae is a perennial , completely bare plant that reaches heights of up to 60 centimeters and develops bulbous roots . Its simple, strong, upright shoots reach a diameter of up to 12 millimeters at the base. The leaves are sessile. Your leaf blade is linear to oblong. Their size is not described. Its tip is blunt, the base enlarged and encompassing the stem. The leaf margin is entire.
Generative characteristics
The dense inflorescence is equilateral and up to 4 inches long. The upright flowers are on 4 to 7 millimeter long peduncles . Your calyx tube is 1 to 1.5 millimeters long. The lanceolate, pointed calyx lobes are 5 to 6 millimeters long and about 1.6 millimeters wide. The yellow, almost cylindrical corolla tube is rounded at its base and spotted dark red. It is 9 to 10 millimeters long. Their egg-shaped to almost circular, slightly pointed to rounded corolla lobes have an attached tip, are about 2.5 millimeters long and 1.5 to 2 millimeters wide. The stamens are attached near the tip of the corolla tube. The upper stamens protrude slightly from the flower. The anthers are about 0.8 millimeters long. The linear, blunt to sanded-out nectar flakes are about 3 millimeters long and 0.5 to 0.7 millimeters wide. The narrow, elongated carpel has a length of 9 to 11 millimeters. The stylus is about 0.4 millimeters long.
Systematics and distribution
Kalanchoe teixeirae is common in Angola in the Benguela province between granite blocks at altitudes of about 2500 meters.
