The Kamskaya Peak ( Russian Гора Камская Gora Kamskaja , German 'Kamaspitze' ) is with a height of 2690 m the highest peak of the Dekefjellet in the Weyprecht Mountains of the Hoelfjella in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land .
The mountain was discovered and mapped using aerial photographs during the German Antarctic Expedition (1938–1939) under the direction of Alfred Ritscher . Participants in an Antarctic expedition that lasted from 1960 to 1961 probably named it after the Russian Kama River . The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names converted the Russian name into English in 1970. In Norway the mountain is called Kamskajatoppen .
