The Canton Andrésy was 2015 a French constituency in the district of Saint-Germain-en-Laye , in the Yvelines and the region Ile-de-France ; its main place was Andrésy . Hugues Ribault ( UMP ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département from 2001 to 2011 . He was followed by Joël Tissier ( EELV ).
