The Canton Houdan was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement of Mantes-la-Jolie , in Yvelines and the region Ile-de-France ; its main town was Houdan . Jean-Marie Tétart ( UMP ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2004 to 2015 . He replaced Henri Cuq (also UMP) , who was in office from 1991 to 2004 .
The canton of Houdan had (2006) 24,358 inhabitants.
