La Haute Ville is a French commune with a population of 174 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Yvelines in the region Ile-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Mantes-la-Jolie and the canton of Bonnières-sur-Seine (until 2015: canton of Houdan ). The inhabitants are called Hautevillois .

La Hauteville is about 55 kilometers west-southwest of Paris . La Hauteville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Grandchamp in the north and west, Adainville in the northeast, La Boissière-École in the south and east and Le Tartre-Gaudran in the west and southwest.
