La Villeneuve-en-Chevrie is located about 50 kilometers west-northwest of Paris in the Seine valley . La Villeneuve-en-Chevrie is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Blaru in the north and north-west, Notre-Dame-de-la-Mer in the north, Bonnières-sur-Seine in the east, Rosny-sur-Seine in the south-east, Lommoye in the south-west and Chaufour -lès-Bonnières to the west.
The A13 autoroute and the (former) Route nationale 13 run through the municipality .
