Follainville-Dennemont is located about 47 kilometers west of Paris on the right bank of the Seine . Follainville-Dennemont is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Vétheuil and Saint-Cyr-en-Arthies in the north, Fontenay-Saint-Père in the east, Limay in the south and south-east, Mantes-la-Jolie in the south, Guernes in the west and Saint-Martin- la-Garenne to the west and northwest.
