It borders Aincourt to the north, Lainville-en-Vexin to the northeast, Brueil -en-Vexin to the southeast and south, Guitrancourt (point of contact) and Fontenay-Saint-Père to the southwest, and Drocourt to the northwest . Sailly is located in a regional nature park.
