Lainville-en-Vexin is about 44 kilometers west-northwest of Paris . Lainville-en-Vexin is surrounded by the neighboring parishes of Arthies in the north and northwest, Wy-dit-Joli-Village in the north, Avernes in the northeast, Frémainville in the east, Jambville in the southeast, Montalet-le-Bois and Brueil-en-Vexin in the South, Sailly to the west and south-west, and Aincourt to the west and north-west.
