Limetz-Villez is located about 62 kilometers west-northwest of Paris on the Seine on the border with the Eure department . The Epte , which flows into the Seine here, limits the municipality to the north. Limetz-Villez is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Giverny in the north, Sainte-Geneviève-lès-Gasny in the northeast, Gommecourt in the east and northeast, Bennecourt in the south and southeast and Notre-Dame-de-la-Mer in the south and west.
