Fontenay-Saint-Père is located about 47 kilometers west-northwest of Paris in the Seine valley . Fontenay-Saint-Père is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Cyr-en-Arthies in the north, Drocourt in the north and northeast, Sailly in the northeast, Brueil-en-Vexin in the east, Guitrancourt in the southeast, Limay in the south and Follainville-Dennemont in the West.
