Bouafle is a French commune with 2,156 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Yvelines in the region Ile-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Mantes-la-Jolie and the canton of Aubergenville . The inhabitants are called Bouaflois .
geography
Bouafle is located about 34 kilometers northwest of Paris in the Seine valley . Bouafle is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Les Mureaux in the north, Ecquevilly in the east, Bazemont in the south and southwest and Flins-sur-Seine in the west.
The A13 autoroute runs through the municipality .
