The canton Poissy-Nord was by 2015 a French constituency in the district of Saint-Germain-en-Laye , in the Yvelines and the region Ile-de-France ; its main town was Poissy . Jean-François Raynal ( UMP) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2001 to 2015 .
