The canton Körle was an administrative unit in the Kassel district of the Fulda department in the Napoleonic Kingdom of Westphalia . The main town of the canton and seat of the justice of the peace was the town of Körle in today's Schwalm-Eder district . The canton comprised 13 villages and hamlets, was inhabited by 3,336 people and had an area of 1.94 square miles .
