Karin Lix
Karin Lix (born March 3, 1965 ) is a former German sprinter and middle-distance runner .
At the European Athletics Championships in 1986 in Stuttgart, she was eighth over 400 meters .
In 1987 she retired from the World Athletics Championships in Rome with the German team in the run-up to the 4-by-400-meter relay .
At the German Championships she was third over 400 meters in 1987. Over 800 meters she was third in 1989 (behind her twin sister Ute Lix ) and second in 1990.
Karin Lix started for TV Gelnhausen .
