Karl boy
Richard Karl Christoph Knabe (born October 25, 1888 in Oberhausen ; † August 24, 1968 in Ückesdorf ) was a German administrative lawyer and district administrator .
Life
After graduating from high school , he studied law and political science in Würzburg and Bonn from 1908 to 1911 . Military service followed in 1913, followed by participation in the First World War . After the war he worked in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Elberfeld . After changing positions, he was appointed to the post of district judge in Flatow in 1927 . In 1933, Knabe was appointed district administrator in the Deutsch-Krone district and worked there until the end of the war in 1945.
After fleeing and being expelled, he found employment with the Düsseldorf city council .
