Karl Linder (politician, 1849)

Karl Linder (born April 1, 1849 in Leinau ; † March 12, 1905 there ) was a German brewery owner , politician and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Linder attended elementary school in Pforzen and then did private studies. He attended the non-commissioned aspirant school of the 1st cuirassier regiment Prinz Karl in Munich . He ran agriculture, bought the community smithy in 1885 and had been deputy mayor and mayor of the village of Leinau since 1889, as well as a district councilor and consultant for the Kaufbeuren agricultural district association .

From 1898 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the Schwaben 5 constituency ( Kaufbeuren , Mindelheim , Oberdorf , Füssen ) and the German Center Party . The mandate ended with his death.
