Karla Crome

Karla Crome (born June 22, 1989 in Borehamwood , England ) is a British actress . She is known for her roles in various British television series , such as Hit & Miss (2011) and Misfits (2012-2013).

life and career

Karla Crome was born in Borehamwood near the British capital London in June 1989 . She graduated from the Italia Conti Academy of Theater Arts in London with a Bachelor of Arts . She made her acting debut in 2009 in the television film Dog Endz , before making a guest appearance on the long-running hospital series Casualty a year later . She took on her first major role in 2012 at the side of Chloë Sevigny in all six episodes of the drama series Hit & Miss . In the series about the transsexual contract killer Mia, who has to reconcile her work with her new family life, Crome portrayed Mia's foster daughter Riley.

In the same year she appeared in three episodes of Dr. Monroe and was cast to star Jess in the dramedy series Misfits . She played this role in all 16 episodes of the fourth and fifth season until the end of the series in November 2013 and also brought her international fame. In early 2013, she took over in the Mystery - Miniseries Light Fields , three families living in the same house in three different times, the main role of Clare Mullen , daughter of Lucy Cohu . Around the same time, BBC One aired the second season of the drama series Prisoners' Wives , in which Crome portrayed as Aisling one of the women who are struggling with their husbands in prison.

In the second season of CBS - science fiction series Under the Dome , on the same in the original novel, The Arena of Stephen King -based, it took over the lead role of Rebecca Pine .
